OHL type aerator is one of stationary air diffusion tubes and has been developed for water aeration by Original Hydrodynamics Laboratory (OHL).
Reacting Promotion method of various Fluid as patented technology of OHL is applied to many adaptable fields.
The OHL aerator is attached to a tank-bottom-mounted air supply pipe. With air supplied at the aerator bottom, the air-lift effect causes surrounding water to be pumped into the chamber where internal baffles cause the air to be broken into fine bubbles.
The buoyant air/water mixture exists on the top of the aerator and expands into the water. The low-density air/water mixture rises, causing a pumping action which mixes and recirculates water from the upper to the lower level in the tank.
